When you subscribe to the Service, digital content delivery begins immediately upon confirmation. By proceeding with your subscription, you acknowledge this and expressly waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced, except under the specific conditions described below.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Whether a refund is issued depends on the following:

1. 72-Hour Refund Window: If you cancel within 72 hours of your subscription being confirmed, you may qualify for a refund — provided you have not made significant use of the Service during that period. No Hesi Cheats reserves the right to evaluate usage and determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis consistent with these terms.
2. Free Trial Period: If a 7-day free trial is available and you cancel before it ends, no charge will be applied. If you allow the trial to lapse into a paid subscription, the 72-hour refund window described above then applies from the date of the first charge.
3. Cancellations Outside the Refund Window: Cancellations submitted after the 72-hour period has elapsed are not eligible for a refund. Your access to the Service will continue through the remainder of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Subscribing to the Service confirms that you have read and accepted these terms, including the limited nature of refund eligibility outlined above.
